Oh no! That's usually caused by an issue with PayPal's address verification system. You may want to double check your billing and shipping addresses just to be sure there's not a typo in the zip code or any where.

The only reason that ALL-IN-ONE Paint does not adhere is if there is oil/grease or a chemical present on the surface before you painted. Things to look at: what did you clean with? Soap & water isn't going to cut it. You need a chemical degreasing agent.

The first question I would ask is why are you topcoating? ALL-IN-ONE Paint has an exterior grade sealer built right in that is more durable than what you're adding to the top of it. Anytime you brush on a clear coat, you run the risk of streaking, cloudiness (especially on dark colors) or yellowing (especially on light colors). It is important to smooth the topcoat out, leaving a wet edge. Do thin, even coats and apply more as necessary. If you've applied a topcoat and have these issues, you're best bet is to repaint and leave the paint as is.

Everyone's sense of touch is different which is why we suggest a test swatch to ensure you're happy with the feel when painting fabrics. You can sand dry coats after each application to help release the fibers of the fabric and soften it. If you allow it to dry 24 hours, you can even take an electric palm sander to it.

You'll want to fully recline your piece (if it does recline) and place something in between the cushions to kepe them apart. 2 liter soda bottles work great as well as pool noodles.

Sorry! If you're using a browser like Duck Duck Go, or the DuckDuckGo extension, you'll have to use a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) to process the order. If it's an extension, it can be disabled to complete the purchase and then turned back on afterwards. The steps to disable it are listed below. If you still need assistance completing the order, you can give us a call when we're in the office. We're here Monday-Friday, from 8a-430p EST and on Saturday from 10a-430p EST. Disabling DuckDuckGo Extension:
 
Safari:
  1. Start Safari on your Mac, click Safari to open drop-down menu and choose Preferences
  2. Click Extensions tab.
  3. Find DuckDuckGo Privacy Essentials extension.
  4. Click Uninstall button to remove it.
Google Chrome:
  1. Start Google Chrome browser
  2. In address box type (or copy-paste) chrome://extensions/.
  3. Find DuckDuckGo Privacy Essentials add-on.
  4. Click the trash can icon to remove them, or toggle to disable.
  5. Also remove other suspicious extensions from the list.
Mozilla Firefox:
  1. Start Mozilla Firefox browser.
  2. In address box type (or copy-paste) about:addons.
  3. Choose DuckDuckGo Privacy Essentials extension.
  4. Click Disable or Remove button.
  5. Remove all suspicious extensions from the list.
