My countertops were transformed from a dark hunter green to a beautiful multi-color surface using the baggie technique. The best part is, when I changed my peninsula wall from blue to London, I was able to easily change the blue in the counters to London, creating a perfect match. I used Linen on my cabinets, so also used it on the countertops. I, and my doubting husband, are beyond pleased with the results.
