Need to paint old built in cast iron tub and tile surround

Will this paint work on a tub that isn’t acrylic? I haven’t found a video yet on a regular tun, it’s cast iron, but not a clawfoot, I’m updating a house and the tubs needs to be painted and was hoping your paint would do the trick, I hate using the stuff I’ve ouchsed from Lowe’s or Hime depot in the past
