1940's Youngstown Steel Kitchen Cabinet Makeover - Bone

I have been waiting to get new kitchen cabinets since we moved into our house. Our house was built in 1910 and the kitchen redo seems to have been in the 1940's. We had these cool metal kitchen cabinets that had been painted, had paneling glued to them, had paneling taken off and painted again and looked horrible. With the economy the way it is, new cabinets were not in my future. I've been looking at your paint for a long time and knew that this was going to be my solution for these poor mistreated cabinets. So we tackled the huge project of taking off the doors and sanding them down to the original finish. I started my kitchen makeover with the soapstone countertop bundle and loved it. Then came the fun part! I not only had to paint the doors but the insides and the shelves as well. This paint is amazing. It did everything it said it would do. I used the brush and roll method and have no brush strokes at all! I have to admit I was a little scared to start this project, but I am sooooo glad I did. I now love my kitchen and think it is great that I was able to salvage a little piece of architectural history with my cabinets. Thank you so much for this great project!
