KitchenAid Mixer makeover

My Auntie Gail gave me my grandma's old KitchenAid mixer. It was a white color but had really yellowed from grease leaking. It was from 1977 we believe. After seeing pictures on here of everyone redoing their mixers I decided to take the plunge. I first found videos on YouTube from Mr. Mixer who walks you through the process of regreasing the whole mixer. Then I decided to change the cord from a two prong cord to a three prong cord. Then I painted it in the copper color! I used HTP copper metallic antiquing gel. It took multiple coats but I couldn't be happier. Here are the pics of the process.
Edited to add the links for the videos and the exact color and link.

All done, probably took about three coats and then just little touch ups I missed.
