We had this older well-loved leather chair at our office which is used as Santa's chair during a children's Christmas party each year. We repaired it with the Bond-n-Flex kit and painted in Cashmere. Look at it now!!! Wooden legs are painted in Iron Gate and brads are painted with a mixture of Gunmetal Antiquing Gel and Iron Gate to reduce the silver tone but still keep a dark metallic look. We are in LOVE!

Photo 1 is the before picture. Cracked leather and the seat had to be turned upside down due to a large forked rip in the seat's center.

Photo 2 is after. Now, Santa has a beautiful chair that will sit in front of a large silver tree at Christmas. (And yes, that's another project chair in the background!)
