How can I fix this??

This is my very first project painting fabric furniture. I watched application videos and worked on small areas at a time. I tried not to apply too much paint. I didnt have a picture of the first coat. I let first coat dry for more than 24 hours and then applied second coat. Help!!! I need to know what I did wrong and how I can fix it.
