This is my 2nd HTP project! It’s hot here in Texas so I had to get started early. Started my wiping down with soapy water, then cleaned them with HTP surface prep (don’t skip this step!). It took me one to get my feet under me. Found out that it was easier to take a small paintbrush and fill in all the corners and cracks with a good thick coat, then go back and roll on the larger surfaces. Color is Stonehenge (only 2 coats!!) and I couldn’t be happier! We want to use the same color to do the trim on the house to compliment the shutters. I can’t say enough about HTP paint, I will never use another paint ????
