Color Club Terms
HOW IT WORKS
FEE TO JOIN: $1. This is just so we can capture your card info (held securely by Braintree by Paypal) for your subscription.
SIGN UP: if you sign up between the 1st and the last day of the month before 6:59pm EST you will get the following month's color. Example: If you sign up on 11/1 through 6:69pm EST 11/30 you will get the December color. If you sign up on 12/1, you will get the January color.
CHARGES: You’ll be charged monthly on the first of each month for the size you’ve chosen. You can cancel at any time before the lastst of the month.
SHIPPING: Your color club includes free priority shipping. Color Club is produced to order. So once the color club closes out on the last day of each month, we will manufacture the color club orders and ship them within approx 1 week. You will receive a tracking confirmation once your order ships.
HOW TO UPDATE/CANCEL/CHANGE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
Login to your account on www.allinonepaint.com, click My Account, My Subscriptions
From here you can:
- Update your card info to another saved card (cards are saved on Braintree by Paypal, not our site but you do enter them on our site and then they are coded & transferred to Braintree for security)
- Update your billing address
- Update your shipping address
- Cancel your subscription (up to 1 day prior to the 1stof the month)
- Pause or skip a month in your subscription
If you want to change the SIZE/QUANTITY of your subscription:
You will need to cancel your current subscription and create a new one for the new size and/or quantity.
WHAT TO DO IF YOUR CARD IS DECLINED ON THE FIRST OF THE MONTH:
Your subscription will be immediately paused & you have a short window to update your card and still get that month’s color. You will receive an email notifying you that your subscription did not go through. You have that day to get a new card uploaded since the Color Club closes out on the first. We will automatically try a denied card for a 2nd time early morning on the 2nd day of the month. If your card is able to be processed, we will still send that month’s color. If the card does not go through on the 2nd of the month, we will not try again until the first of the following month and you will miss that moth’s color. PLEASE BE SURE YOUR CARD INFO IS ALWAYS ACCURATE TO AVOID MISSING A SUBSCRIPTION SHIPMENT.
