If you have bonded leather that is peeling, your most permanent and cheapest fix is to peel it all off. You can use a heat gun to make the process easier. Peel it all off and then just paint the underlying fabric with our paint. It will feel like leather/vinyl when you're done. If your bonded leather is flaking, trim and/or sand it smooth to remove all of the loose. Then apply a coat of Bond-N-Flex to seal everything.
