I'm sorry, we do not accept returns. We have this policy for two reasons. It is quite costly for you to return the paint to us and you run the risk of it being damaged in transit & being out the paint and the refund. Secondly, we could not in good conscience resell the paint to someone else. We can't guarantee it hasn't been tampered with or stored improperly. I wouldn't want to risk selling you something to paint your cabinets with that wasn't up to par. I hope you understand. Maybe a friend or family member would take it off of your hands. They wouldn't have to wait for shipping!

You do not! That is the beauty of ALL-IN-ONE Paint! It has a built in bonding primer to help it adhere to slick surfaces. Just clean with our deglosser to thoroughly remove all surface oils and then you're ready to paint.

Please note, if there is any chipping or peeling to the previous paint, you will need to lightly sand the surface. Otherwise, any product being applied over it will also fail. The majority of surfaces will only need to be deglossed before painting. There are very few instances where you will need to sand before hand. If you're having trouble with paint adhering, lightly sand the area and reapply the product.

ALL-IN-ONE Paint has the look and feel of waxed chalk paint but without all of the steps/products and with exterior grade durability. It has a built in bonding primer so that it easily adheres to most surfaces without the need to sand. It has a built in exterior grade sealer making it ideal for hardwearing surfaces inside and outside of your home. It has a beautiful, low luster matte sheen with a buttery feel, much like waxed chalk paint.

Because our paint is self-sealing, a wax based product will just sit on top of it and not absorb into it as that product intends. That means it will never cure and may come off. We would suggest our Antiquing Gels as a way to antique your piece if that look is desired. Its available is in 4 colors: Weathered Wood (Greige), White Wash (white), Vintage Brown (tea stained brown) and Oil Rubbed Black (warm black). We also have a line of metallic antiquing gels coming soon!

Yes you can! As long as your existing finish is holding on good and not full of texture, you can Just Clean & Paint! If your existing finish is peeling, chipping or loose, you'll want to sand down those areas until all loose/peeling paint is removed and smooth. If your existing paint finish is full of texture or brush marks, ALL-IN-ONE Paint will settle into that texture. If you would prefer a smooth finish, you'll want to sand that texture down smooth. You do not need to sand to bare wood.

We get a lot of questions and comments about sprayers. While we do not recommend the use of sprayers, a lot of people do choose to use them and are successful in doing so. If this is the method you choose, please closely follow the manufacturer's ratio instructions on the model that you purchase.

Paint in general does not cover risen wood grain. However, it can minimize it. If you need to fully get rid of it, you're going to want to use a product called a grain filler that you can find online. However, I would encourage you to paint a door with just paint and see if you're happy with the results before you go through the added steps of filling in the grain.

We recommend our Satin Coat for use over patterned countertops. This is to create wear layers since people typically clean their counters multiple times a day with harsh cleaners. You can never touchup a pattern you've paintd onto your countertops without it showing. Wear layers give you something to wear away over time that you can replace.

Yes, you can. You'll need to wash it with soap & water and allow it to dry before painting with it. That's why its always handy to keep a couple of brushes on hand. In order to avoid having to wait for dry time, we recommend Scotch Brite sponges. Apply deglosser with the soft, yellow side and scrub with the green side!

This is a personal preference. We find it easier to paint with the doors on and you can still get a GREAT finish with ALL-IN-ONE Paint. If you remove the doors, you'll need to keep up with what hinge goes in what spot, what door goes where, etc. That can get tricky when you're painting both sides of the doors.

Use an artist brush and trim around the hinge.

If you have bonded leather that is peeling, your most permanent and cheapest fix is to peel it all off. You can use a heat gun to make the process easier. Peel it all off and then just paint the underlying fabric with our paint. It will feel like leather/vinyl when you're done. If your bonded leather is flaking, trim and/or sand it smooth to remove all of the loose. Then apply a coat of Bond-N-Flex to seal everything. The only reason that ALL-IN-ONE Paint does not adhere is if there is oil/grease or a chemical present on the surface before you painted. Things to look at: what did you clean with? Soap & water isn't going to cut it. You need a chemical degreasing agent.

The first question I would ask is why are you topcoating? ALL-IN-ONE Paint has an exterior grade sealer built right in that is more durable than what you're adding to the top of it. Anytime you brush on a clear coat, you run the risk of streaking, cloudiness (especially on dark colors) or yellowing (especially on light colors). It is important to smooth the topcoat out, leaving a wet edge. Do thin, even coats and apply more as necessary. If you've applied a topcoat and have these issues, you're best bet is to repaint and leave the paint as is.

Everyone's sense of touch is different which is why we suggest a test swatch to ensure you're happy with the feel when painting fabrics. You can sand dry coats after each application to help release the fibers of the fabric and soften it. If you allow it to dry 24 hours, you can even take an electric palm sander to it.
