I'm sorry, we do not accept returns. We have this policy for two reasons. It is quite costly for you to return the paint to us and you run the risk of it being damaged in transit & being out the paint and the refund. Secondly, we could not in good conscience resell the paint to someone else. We can't guarantee it hasn't been tampered with or stored improperly. I wouldn't want to risk selling you something to paint your cabinets with that wasn't up to par. I hope you understand. Maybe a friend or family member would take it off of your hands. They wouldn't have to wait for shipping!
I'm not sure which error you're getting. If its after you've enter your payment info, then its likely a typo in your billing address that you entered on our site (particularly your house number and/or zip code, check for spacing errors). If those don't match what you bank has on file for you, the payment will not go through.
