I'm sorry, we do not accept returns.  We have this policy for two reasons.  It is quite costly for you to return the paint to us and you run the risk of it being damaged in transit & being out the paint and the refund.  Secondly, we could not in good conscience resell the paint to someone else.  We can't guarantee it hasn't been tampered with or stored improperly. I wouldn't want to risk selling you something to paint your cabinets with that wasn't up to par.  I hope you understand.  Maybe a friend or family member would take it off of your hands.  They wouldn't have to wait for shipping!

Here are a few things to try:



If the error is occurring after you've entered your payment info, then its likely a typo in your billing address that you entered on our site (particularly your house number and/or zip code, check for spacing errors). If those don't match exactly what you bank has on file for you, the payment will not go through.



If you're checking out via Paypal and are receiving a gray screen, please close your browser, clear you cache and go directly to our site, www.allinonepaint.com, in a new browser. This error typically occurs when you've come to our site via a Facebook link. Paypal and Facebook are not playing well with each other.

Login to your account on www.allinonepaint.com, click My Account, My Subscriptions


From here you can:


- Delete stored payment methods (cards are saved on Braintree by Paypal, not our site but you do enter them on our site and then they are coded & transferred to Braintree for security)


- Update your billing address


- Update your shipping address


- Cancel your subscription (up to 1 day prior to the 1st of the month)


- Pause or skip a month in your subscription



If you want to change the SIZE/QUANTITY of your subscription:


You will need to cancel your current subscription and create a new one for the new size and/or quantity.


If you would like to add a payment method, you have the option at checkout to save/store payment information.


To cancel your subscription, skip, pause, or resume it, simply log into your account, click on "my account" click on "my subscription profiles" and then "view subscription." From here, you can choose from one of these options. Please note you must cancel or or before the 27th of the month in order to stop your subscription from renewing on the 1st of the month.

International (outside of the USA): At this time we are not offering international shipping. We are working hard to expand into amazon.eu and amazon.au for our international friends.
